He was predeceased by: his siblings, Curtis Watkins, Jerry Watkins, Roy Watkins and Betty Richardson. He is survived by: his children, Chris Collins Watkins (Rebecca), Cari Watkins and Kelsey Watkins (Franklin); and his siblings, Harold Watkins (Russellville), Danny Watkins (Richardsville), Robert "Bob" Watkins, Elizabeth Watkins, Geraldine Hughes, Connie Cowherd (Russellville) and Martha Watkins (Nashville).
