He is survived by: his mother Joyce Kinser Powell; his daughters, Cassie Taylor (Russellville), Priscilla Christie (Russellville) and Bridget Powell (Russellville); and his siblings, Anthony Powell and Brenda Boyd. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren Several Nieces and Nephews.
