He was predeceased by: his parents, Dudley Coleman Bouldin I and Rebecca Bouldin (Rutland); his son James Wallis Bouldin; and his brothers, Roy Wallis Bouldin and Donald Ross Williamson.
He is survived by: his wife Henryetta Richardson Bouldin; his sons, Dudley Coleman Bouldin III (Sherry) of Russellville and Thomas Patrick Bouldin (Lori) of Russellville; his grandchildren, Dudley Coleman Bouldin IV (Melissa), Henry Hunt Bouldin, Katelyn Rebeccah Bouldin, Ann-Meguiar Bouldin, Olivia Lewis Bouldin and Eva Wallis Bouldin; and his great grandchild Etta Raye Bouldin.
