She is survived by: her pet Emmie; her children, Andy Woodall (Laura) of Russellville, Randy Coffman of Russellville and Carrie Cassetty of Russellville; and her siblings, Algie Ray Smith of Russellville and Pat Smith of Bowling Green. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
