He was predeceased by: his parents, Drexal Brown and Jean Shoemake Belcher; and his sister Debbie Harper. He is survived by: his spouse Jamie Sears Brown; his daughter Brandi Wilhite; his sister Linda Wooldridge; his stepfather Howard Belcher of Russellville, KY; and his stepsiblings, Sandra Ford, Debbie Kay Belcher and Lloyd Belcher.
