She is survived by : her husband Alvie "Al" Edward Forbis; her daughter Della Marie Fox (Larry) of Russellville, KY; her foster son Tommy Bogle (Leeshell) of Russellville, KY; her stepdaughters, Susie Gaines (Sammy) of Auburn, KY, Joan Woodson (Doug) of Franklin, KY, Susie Norman (Wayne) of Auburn, KY and Sheila Minton (Bobby) of Munfordville, KY.; and her grandchild Ashley Marie Coleman (Steven).
