She is survived by: her children, Timothy "Tim" Powell of Russellville, KY., Kathy Stuart (David) of Russellville, KY and Lisa Meacham (Dale) of Russellville, KY.; her siblings, John Morgan of Russellville, KY., Virginia Johnson of Russellville, KY, Joyce Shrull of Florida and Judy Meguiar of Russellville, KY.; and her grandchildren, Nicole Thomas (Casey), Jessica Porter (Lance), Tyler Meacham (Mollie), Jonathon Stuart (Elyse), Justin Stuart (Kamryn), Trent Powell, Adrianna Powell and Christian Powell.
