It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Pamilla Rose McKinney of Russellville, Kentucky, who passed away on November 26, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Norvin "Pete" Martin and Ida Mae Martin; and her siblings, Norvin David Martin and Mammie Wallace. She is survived by : her husband Bob McKinney of Russellville, KY.; her sons, Richard Phillips (Shelly) of Russellville, KY and Jeffry Phillips (Chrystal) of Greenville, KY.; her stepchildren, James Robert McKinney (Dawn) of Dover, PA. and Brenda Lea McKinney of New Oxford, PA.; and her sister Linda Sue Phillips of Carrollton, KY. She is also survived by Six Grandchildren 14 Great Grandchildren Three Step Grandchildren and one Step Great Grandchild.
