He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Melvin and Teresa Turner (Choffi); his wife Martha Claudine Clark Turner; and his sister Mary Lou Turner Mohaccy. He is survived by: his children, Lanora Catherine Turner of Russellville and Richard William Turner, Jr. of Russellville.
