He is survived by: his children, Brian Thomas Epley (Russellville), John Thomas Epley (Shelbyville), Keith Creek (Russellville), Juanita Nichols (Elijah), Russellville and Christina Goodwin (Lance); and his siblings, Tony Epley (Franklin), Jerry Epley (Franklin), Sammy Epley (Russellville), Ruby Thompson (White House), Martha Belle Murray (Franklin), Linda Farmer (Murfreesboro) and Mary Hamilton (Louisville).
