It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Troy Lee Brown of Russellville, Kentucky, who passed away on July 5, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Troy Lee find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Payton and Arlene Brown (Jones); and his brothers, Dean Brown and Shelby Brown. He is survived by: his wife Doris Brown; his children, Jerry Brown (Becky) of Owensboro, Mary Nell Sears (Barry) of Dunmor and Elizabeth Chapman (Chyle) of Atlanta, Georgia; and his siblings, Eddie Brown (Janie) of Russellville and Rita Nash (Butch) of Russellville. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of Flowers the family has asked for donations in memory of Troy be made to Hospice House of Southern Kentucky.
