She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Douglas; her parents, Hamilton Johnson and Goldie Johnson; and her daughters, Rennie Fugerson, Nancy Willis and Tonya Shocklee.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Critser (Gary) of Princeton, KY, Carolyn Ralph (Kelly) of Luna Pier, MI, Billy Douglas of Livermore, KY and Rodney Howell of Island, KY; and her brother Tommy Johnson (Jean). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
