He was predeceased by : his parents, John W. Ivy and Rosie M. Ivy; his wife Merle Ivy; and his son William Leslie "Buckwheat" Ivy. He is survived by : his children, Barbara Huddleston of Dawson Springs, KY, Joyce Seward of Logansport, IN, Gladys Brasher of Nortonville, KY, Daniel Ivy of St. Charles, KY, Joe Ivy of Madisonville, KY and John Ivy of Madisonville, KY. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren.
