She was predeceased by : her parents, Daniel Littlepage and Ira Littlepage (Oldham) of White Plains; her husband John Hoffman; her sons, Harold and Kevin Hoffman; and her grandson Dustin Hoffman.
She is survived by : her children, Larry Hoffman (Violet) of Key West, FL, Tonda Rodgers of Nortonville and Brenda Frye (Michael) of Charleston, SC; her siblings, Fairy Rickard of Madisonville, Peggy Dickinson (Bailey) of Nortonville, Windal Littlepage of White Plains, Timmy Littlepage of White Plains and Bobby Littlepage of Luzerne; and her grandchildren, MeKenzie, Micah Rodgers (Lynn Ann), Heather Reppetto (Bill), J. R. Hoffman (Holly), Alyssa Smith (Cody), Kayla Layne (Caleb), John Frye and Willis Hoffman (Bonnie). She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
