It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kenneth Wayne Cowen in Salem, Kentucky, who passed away on March 12, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Cleveland Ramage; and his siblings, Gary "Gabby" Cowen, Pam Cowen and Brenda Cowen. He is survived by : his sons, Bryan Neal Cowen and Corey Wayne Cowen; his mother Carnelia Ramage; his siblings, Danny Cowen, Sandy Guess, Jimmy Cowen, Elizabeth Henson, Dianne Jones, Ronney Ramage and Mike Ramage; and his grandchildren, Felicity Marie, Dylan, Vega, Luke and Raelynn Grayce. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
