She was predeceased by : her parents, Rex Chadwick and Norma Elkins Chadwick; and her sisters, Donna Kay and Teresa Chadwick. She is survived by : her husband Timothy R. Walls; her sons, James Christopher Walls of Salem, KY and B. J. Walls (Micaela) of Salem, KY; her brothers, James S. Chadwick of Dexter, KY and Ricky Chadwick of Kirksey, KY; and her grandchild Bailee Walls.
