He was predeceased by : his father Paul M. Jepsen, II. He is survived by : his wife Tina Jepsen (Loveless); his children, Amanda L. Jepsen of Paducah and Cole A. Jepsen of Salem; and his mother Norma J. Jepsen (Canada) of Sturgis. He is also survived by two sisters; and two brothers.
