She is survived by : her husband Cloyce Wayne Gourley; her daughters, Cindy Quertermous (Billy) of Smithland and Rhonda Lee of Smithland; her siblings, Barbara Aldridge of Eddyville, Joan Hill of Puryear, TN, Brenda Kennedy of Sonora, KY, Jean McDougal (Cordie) of Puryear, TN and Mike McCuiston (Patty) of Puryear, TN; her stepchildren, Ronald Wayne Gourley, Randal Blaine Gourley, Ricky Dale Gourley and Rhonda Wilhoite; her grandchildren, Corey Quertermous (Sabrina), Adam Quertermous, Marley Lee and Cleo Lee; and her great grandchildren, Dalton Quertermous, Brea Quertermous, Luke Quertermous, Kaydon Lee, Isaiah Lee and Seniada Yaw.
