It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Eugene Miller Sr. of Salem, Kentucky, who passed away on February 15, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward "Ed" Miller and Alice May Rushing Miller; his grandson Reed Miller; and his siblings, Billy, Roy, Leon Miller, Flora Miller, Donna Miller and Becky Richabaugh.

He is survived by : his significant other Jane Ann Miller; his children, Michelle Nelms (Buddy) of Carrsville, KY, Janie Givens (Jeff) of Robards and Thomas "Tommy" Miller Jr. (Crystal) of Smith Mills; and his siblings, Jewell Miller of Francis, KY, Mike Miller of Madisonville, Cindy Cornwell (Bobby) of Tilden, Rosetta King (Eddie) of Henderson and Bonnie Miller of Henderson. He is also survived by five grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
