It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Lee Miller of Salvisa, Kentucky, born in Sturgis, Michigan, who passed away on November 8, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his mother Mary Miller Witham; his son Kent Miller; and his grandchildren, Andrew Evans and Tiffany Miller. He is survived by : his wife Lucille Schott Miller; his children, Theresa Robinson (Lynn) of Salvisa, Jack Miller (Jennifer) of Iowa, Jay Cooper (Karen), Paul Miller (Dawn) and Bryan Miller (Sharon) of Lexington; and his brother George Witham (Mary). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
