He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Norris and Tilda Bridgeman Norris; and his siblings, Thomas Norris, A. Z. Norris, Lucille Crabtree, Juanita Norris, Bessie Smith and Sadie Norris.

He is survived by : his wife Alice Norris; his daughter Theresa Norris Fannin (Denny) of Salvisa; his grandchildren, Doran Davenport (Chelsea), Heather Faye Davenport (Emily), Allen Davenport (Meaghan) and Cory Fannin (Kelly); his great grandchildren, Emersyn, Anistyn, Morgan, Madlyen and Easton; his sister Ellen Jones; and his children, Attn, Office of Development, Rocky Point and Tampa.
