We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2021, at the age of 80, Mary Lou Kennedy Newsome of Salvisa, Kentucky, born in Albany, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Caleb Donald Newsome; her parents, Joe Lloyd and Laura Mae Peercy Kennedy; and her brother Joe Kennedy, Jr.. She is survived by : her children, Greg Newsome (Vonda) of Salvisa and Cindy Canter (John) of Nicholasville; her grandchildren, Matt Newsome (Laura), Laura Canter, Jenna Canter, Cassandra Bohman and Amber Rakes (Chad); and her great grandchildren, Kyler Rakes, Hunter Rakes, Conner Rakes, Emily Bohman and Zachary Bohman.
