He is survived by: his sons, Samuel MacKenzie Woods of West Liberty and Robert Joseph Woods; and his siblings, Loretta Fannin of Cowcreek, Edna Blackburn of Dana, Bernice Fannin of Prestonsburg, Linda, Donne Woods of Allen, Kim Woods of Prestonsburg and Donnie Woods of Prestonsburg.
