He is survived by : his parents, Dwayne Adams and Stefanie Holliday Adams; his brother Ryan Adams of Salyersville; his grandparents, Donald Holliday (Sue) of Salyersville, Phyllis "NaNa" Holliday of Salyersville, Gerald and Debbie Adams of Salyersville; his uncle Brian Holliday of Mt. Sterling; and his cousins, Austin Holliday and Alexis Birk (Brent Perkins).
