She is survived by : her children, Benjamin Simmons and Casey Simmons of Salyersville; her siblings, Terry Paul Patrick (Mollie), Janice Roark of Salyersville and Becky Montgomery (Robert) of Salyersville; and her grandchildren, Braxton Simmons, Thomas Braden Simmons, Kylee Danielle Simmons and Royce Bentley Simmons. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
