He was predeceased by : his father Edgar Lyon; his daughter Vanessa Lyon; his brother Louis A. Lyon; and his grandson Wesley Penix. He is survived by : his wife Ina Nell Helton Lyon; his daughters, Linda Jones (Rick) of West Liberty, Judy Penix (Jeff) of West Liberty and Karen Collins (Tim) of Salyersville; his siblings, Sherman Lyon of Salyersville and Peggy Howard (Louie) of Salyersville; his grandchildren, Amy Stacy (Cooter), Amanda Ferguson (Daniel), Abby Collins and Tyler Collins; and his great grandchildren, Braden Stacy, Braxton Stacy and Addy Ferguson.
