She was predeceased by : her parents, Bill Rand and Judith Carol Beauma Jordan; and her brother Bill Rand Jordan. She is survived by : her husband Oliver Dwayne Howard; her children, Kevin Wayne Howard (Keianna Bates) of Salyersville and Tabetha Elaine Howard (Shannon) of Salyersville; her brothers, Lloyd Dwayne Jordan of Salyersville, Gregory Neil Jordan of Salyersville and Ronnie Lee Jordan of Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Serenity Nevaeh Howard, Donovan Dwayne Howard, Stella Grace Howard and Sophia L'Rayne Howard.
