He is survived by : his wife Betty Helton Combs; his siblings, Mark Combs of Salyersville, Kathy Patrick of Salyersville, Willetta Bailey of Paintsville, Jennifer Carty of Winchester and Ginger Ashworth of Winchester; and his nephew James C. Combs of Salyersville.
