He is survived by : his daughters, Darlene Mullins of Salyersville, Debra Lafferty of Salyersville and Charlene Pollis of Salyersville; his grandchildren, Christopher Neal Mullins, Caitlin Alexandria Benton, Montana Minix, Kristena Hunley and Nicholas Lemaster; and his great grandchildren, Tucker Hunley, Amelia Benton, Tania Mullins and Isabella Mullins.
