He was predeceased by: his parents, Arden Howard and Elva Mann Howard; and his sisters, Ruth Ann Howard and Kathleen Howard. He is survived by: his siblings, Johnny Howard (Teresa) of Salyersville, Judith Dean of Salyersville, Karen Arnett (Greg) of Salyersville, Jennifer Howard of Salyersville and Narda Howard (Terry Bailey) of Salyersville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Magoffin County Funeral Home (900 Parkway Dr, Salyersville, KY 41465).
