He is survived by : his significant other Marcia Spaulding Cantrell; his children, Donald Cantrell of Salyersville, Charles Cantrell (Cathy) of Salyersville, Terry Lemaster (Sandra) of Paintsville, Joseph Lemaster (Deborah) of Michigan and April Cantrell of Salyersville; his siblings, Jerry Cantrell of Paintsville, Carolyn Sue Borders of Arizona, Anna Lou Salyers of Nippa, Margaret Ellen Cantrell of Salyersville and Cathy Cook of Michigan; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Shane "Muffin" Bailey (Stephanie), Michael Lemaster, Melissa Lemaster Haney (Chris), Darrell Lemaster, Matthew Gibson, Savannah Allen, Elivia Jordan, Adriyan Cantrell, Keyonah Cantrell, Tiffany Johnson, Zachery Mann, Bradley Lemaster, Reginia Lemaster and Justin Lemaster; his great grandchildren, Benett Connelley, Emmett "Emmi Lou" Connelley, Wyatt Shane Bailey, Ayden Reed, Raelyn Hall, Kyloh Allen, Malachi Gibson, Jaxton Gibson, Kainan Gibson, Liam Gibson and Eden Jordan; and his pet Porshie.
