She is survived by : her children, James Jarvis Hackworth (Tonya) of Salyersville and Sherry Hackworth Greene (Doug) of Salyersville; her siblings, Deloy Allen (Phyllis) of Salyersville, Claude William Allen of Salyersville, Arbella Spradlin of Tennessee, Tina Altic (John) of Florida and Melissa Biery (John) of Salyersville; her grandchildren, Lakeyn Greene, Kaelyn Greene, Jayden Hackworth Rudd (Dalton) and Jenna Hackworth; her stepgrandchildren, Kyle Greene (Desiree) and Krista Horning (Rodney); and her great grandchild Lynlee Blayke Meade.
