She was predeceased by: her parents, Roosevelt Prater and Edna Marie Wireman Prater; her husband Elmer Watkins; her sons, Ravon Paul Howard and William Douglas Howard; and her sisters, Palisteen Prater, Evelyn Howard and Debra Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Amelia Howard of Maineville, Ohio and Kevin Watkins of Salyersville, Kentucky; and her sisters, Magelene Burton of West Liberty and Wandalene Porter of Salyersville, Kentucky. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; multiple great-grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends.
