She was predeceased by: her parents, Skid Montgomery and Eliza Gullett Montgomery; her husband Forney Holbrook; her son Robin Dale Holbrook; and her brothers, Owensegle Montgomery and James Carrol Montgomery.
She is survived by: her son Scottie Holbrook (Sherry) of Salyersville; her daughter-in-law Angela Mullins Holbrook of Vero Beach; her grandchildren, Tracey Holbrook Bailey of Prestonsburg and Kristy Holbrook Horton of Winchester; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Douglas Holbrook Rice and Ella Grace Horton.
In lieu of flowers, family has requested contributions be made to the Appalachian Hospice Care, 1520 State Hwy 1428, Hagerhill, Kentucky 41222.
