He is survived by: his stepmother Grace Hicks; his wife Phyllis Blair Hicks; his daughters, Linda Sue Hicks (Ken) of Clayton and Jackie Wilson of Salyersville; his siblings, Linda Hicks Allen of West Liberty, Zella Robinette of Pikeville and Sammy Hicks of Somerset; his grandchildren, Kimber Hicks, Kyle Rains of Clayton, Justin Baldwin, Beau Wilson and Morgan Rife of Salyersville; and his great grandchildren, Haylee Baldwin of Salyersville, Payton Moore, Carter Moore, Easton Moore and Kehlani Rains of Clayton.
