He is survived by : his mother Nadine Conley Pennington; his children, Gary Neil Pennington of Georgetown, Chelsey Collinsworth (Chase) of Salyersville, Hailey Pennington of Salyersville and Zoey Pennington of Salyersville; his siblings, Gerald "Gordie" Pennington of Falcon and Dena Pennington of Salyersville; his granddaughter Penelope Collinsworth; his niece Brae; and his grandchildren, Addilyn and Pazleigh.
