He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Mullins and Eva Hale Mullins; his wife Nora Bailey Mullins; and his siblings, Ronald Mullins, Garland Mullins, Ellarie Collins, Wanda Lee "Von" Bailey and Emma Jean Prater.
He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Mullins of Salyersville, Ricky Mullins (Kimberly) of Salyersville, Janetta Estes of Dayton and Patricia Wireman (Frank) of Salyersville; his siblings, Ray Mullins of LaPorte, Dirl Mullins of Salyersville, Danny Mullins of Jackson, James Mullins of Salyersville, Larry Mullins of Salyersville, Roger Mullins of Salyersville, Cleda Mae Lawson of LaPorte, Annie Conn of LaPorte, Juanita Howard of Salyersville and Vickie Linkes of Paintsville; and his grandchildren, Renee Jackson, Mandria Romig, Jeremy Estes, Caitlin Mullins Hall, Christopher Mullins, Danielle Bailey, Breanna Bailey, Summer Perkins, Shawna Mullins, Natalie Mullins, Peyton Carty, Kaleb Kile, Samuel Kile and Parker Kile. He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel (900 Parkway Dr, Salyersville, KY 41465).
