He is survived by: his wife Loretta Leeth Howard; his children, Randall Howard of Salyersville, Teresa Howard Wireman of Salyersville, Linda Montgomery of Salyersville, Robin Howard of Salyersville, Pam Howard of Salyersville and Polly Johnson of Lexington; his brother John Howard of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Sherry Watkins, Ashley Montgomery, David Neil Montgomery, Shane Blevins, Channa Arnett, Lesley Arnett, Jarett Howard and Lindsay Howard.
