We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2019, at the age of 78, Hershell Howard (Salyersville, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Woodford Howard and Mae Howard; and his brother Billy Joe Howard. He is survived by : his wife Elena; his children, Curtis G. Howard of Benton Harbor, Kelly William Howard of Stockbridge and Patrice Ann Howard Maier; his siblings, Dud Larry Howard of Richmond, Buddy Daniel Howard of Kentucky, Betty Rae Howard of Kentucky, Ella Lousie Howard Love of Stockbridge and Bernice "Patty" Howard of Royalton; and his grandchildren, Ryan Marie Maier, Cheyenne Ashley Maier and Katlynn Nicole Maier.
