She was predeceased by: her father Will Conley. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Puckett Conley of Salyersville; her husband William "Bill" Smith; her brothers, Bill Conley and Elbie Conley; her son-in-law David Keith Auxier; her close friend Sandy Oulette; her children, Mike Nickels (Janet) of Salyersville, Robbin Conn (Harry) of Martin and Debra Auxier of Paintsville; and her siblings, John Puckett of Salyersville, Rick Conley of Noblesville, Brenda Raines of Salyersville, Wilma Sizemore of Salyersville and Sandy Oulette of Salyersville. She is also survived by six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
