He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernie Fletcher and Neddie Fletcher; his wife Mary Nichols Fletcher; his son-in-law Freddie Perkins; and his brothers, Glen Fletcher, Buck Fletcher and Hager Fletcher.
He is survived by: his children, Rodney Fletcher (Jennifer) of Viper, Donald Fletcher of West Liberty, Lyndon Fletcher of Ohio, Nayoka Fletcher of Viper, Linda Gipson (Donnie, II) of Georgia, Kimberly Fletcher of Alabama, Jackie Barnett of Ohio, Kelly Fletcher of Ohio and Marlana Beebee of Ohio; his siblings, Dave Fletcher, Danny Fletcher, Ronald Fletcher, Elwood Fletcher, Buddy Collins, Nelliveen Fletcher, Ednagene Fletcher and Grindyl Barnes; and his grandchildren, Morgen Lamb (Grant), Madison Fletcher, Taylor Fletcher, Elaina Gipson, Donnie Ray Gipson III, Noah Perkins (Caroline), Dallas Naylor (John), Jordan Cuberledge (Scott), Jennifer Barnett, Jacob Weber (Jaelyn), Destiny Bebee, Edwin Beebee, Danny Fletcher (Jaylee), Conner Fletcher, Haley Nance, Jacob Bebee, Cameron Bebee, Kameron Youngblood and Jayden Youngblood. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Magoffin Country Funeral Home (900 Parkway Dr, Salyersville, KY 41465).
