She is survived by: her son Zachariah Donta of Salyersville; her siblings, Jeffory Lykins of Salyersville, Ralph Lykins (Annette) of Salyersville, John Timothy Lykins (Sandi) of Salyersville, Nola Johnson (Wayne) of Salyersville and Sallie Minix (Marty) of Salyersville; and her granddaughter Millie Jaymes. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
