He was predeceased by : his parents, Luther King and Jesse Burton King; his siblings, Hurly King, Robert King, Grover King, Lucy King, Luna Roark, Nola Lykins and Lola Stephens; and his great grandchild Heather Nicole Finch.

He is survived by : his wife Jewel Bailey King of Salyersville; his son Harold King (Patricia Marie Schmitt) of Salyersville; his siblings, Forrest King of Loveland, Jenova Harvey (Melvin) of Salyersville and Viola Mullins (Cledis) of Lee City; his granddaughters, Jaunary Finch (Jimmy) of Greenbrier, Crystal Bayes (Paul) of Salyersville and Nikki Hart (Craig) of Huntington, W. V; his great grandchild Madison Finch; and his stepgreat-granddaughters, Gabby Williams, Carrie Coleman and Rebecca HOrne.
