She was predeceased by : her daughter Priscilla Jean; her husband Eugene Allen; her grandson Lonnie Eugene Howard; and her siblings, Edna Rowe, Elsie Rowe, Linda Rowe, Christine Rowe, Sue Salyers and Jolly Rowe.

She is survived by : her children, Debbie Joseph of Half Mountain, Roxie Howard of Tip Top and Robert Eugene Allen of Lexington, Kentucky.; her brother Orville Rowe of Tip Top; and her grandchildren, Ashley Michelle Howard, Bobby Jr. Howard, Cheyenne Nicole Howard, David Howard, Thomas Howard and Tommy Howard.
