It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Jean Phelps Conley of Salyersville, Kentucky, born in Newark, Ohio, who passed away on July 16, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Phelps and Rita Jurden Phelps; and her brother Bill Phelps. She is survived by: her husband Ray Conley; her daughters, Christie Jones (Levod) of Indiana and Melissa Collins (Bobbi) of Stambaugh; her brother Larry Phelps (Karen) of Ohio; her grandchildren, Brittany Reed (Nick), Amber Fletcher (Josh), Devon Jones and Olivia Jones; and her great grandchildren, Emily Reed, Braxton Reed, Jacob Reed, Mason Reynolds and Aubrey Reynolds.
