She is survived by: her son Shawn Castle of Lexington; her granddaughter Tenisha Castle of Cannel City; and her siblings, Billy Ray Jenkins of Millersburg, Opal Howard of Ohio, Risby Hoover of Ohio and Shirley Ann Isaac of Salyersville, Kentucky..
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel (900 Parkway Dr, Salyersville, KY 41465).
