He is survived by: his significant other Lisa Rae Williams; his children, Merritt Salyer, Prestin Salyer and Merrah Salyer of Fort Wayne Indiana; and his sister Michelle Salyer Ashley of Wapakoneta. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
