She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Puckett and Lula Flynt Puckett (John Wesley Patrick); and her son Jeffery Wayne Patrick. She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Russell (Douglas) of Salyersville; her granddaughters, Alishia Carty (Joshua) of Salyersville, Lindsey Leedy (Wayde) of Salyersville, Amanda Patrick of Lexington and Cindy Patrick of Lexington, KY; her great grandchildren, Jacob Michael Allen, Jase Aaron Allen, Jonah Wesley Carty, Madeline Carty, Aiden Carty, Katie Carty, Miguel Guerrero, Moses Guerrero, Jayla Lyle, Kasey Leedy and Elijah Lyle; and her great great grandchild Easton Gayheart.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Captain Powers Cemetery.
