She was predeceased by : her parents, Wayne F. Conley and Blanche Meredith Salyer Conley; her sons, Gary Pennington and Gerald "Gordy" Pennington; and her siblings, Darrell C. Conley, Gary Franklin Conley, Dorothy Marie Cassity and Bernadette Spradlin.
She is survived by : her daughter Dena Rhea Pennington of Salyersville; her sisters, Addie Lee Burchett of Stambaugh and Sharon Ann Burchett of Stambaugh; her daughters-in-law, Tasha Pennington of Salyersville and Lacey Rudd Pennington of Salyersville; her grandchildren, Gary Neil Pennington, Zachery Dakota Smith, Chelsey Brooke Collinsworth (Chase), Hailey Breanne Pennington (Eric), Connor Braxton Miles Pennington, Sophie Madison Jade Pennington and Zoey Paige Pennington; and her great grandchildren, Penelope Nicks Collinsworth, Callahan Weston Collinsworth, Lauren James Smith, Bennett Gage Prater and Eric Memphis Prater.
