She was predeceased by : her parents, Raleigh Puckett and Martha Ramey Puckett; and her siblings, Leo Thompson, Raymond Puckett, Hargis Puckett, James Puckett, Hager Puckett, Jewel Francis Salyer, Brenda Fay Howard, Linda Gay Lykins and Joy Puckett.
She is survived by : her brother Charles (Dorothy Puckett) of Royalton; and her sister-in-law Linda Puckett of Salyersville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
